  Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel.   They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. - The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport. We also liked the Bus stop which was just outside the Hotel and took us to the Tower.

The hotel has only four rooms and so even if the kitchen is shared one, you may find it not very difficult. the wi-fi connection and cleanliness is good.
