I stayed with a group of friends at the above hotel and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal providing a relaxed,warm and stress-free environment. The friendliness of the staff. There was a mix up with my booking and it was cancelled by accident. Everything about the Waterfoot was excellent.
I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.
There were two on reception and a further two in the restaurant who were able to chat in a way that was not patronising and this helps to the comfort of guests

The B & B would be a little difficult to find without a sat-nav. It is situated close to the town centre on the edge of the ‘Bogside’. The place is a little oasis in a sea of apartment blocks.

went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and she was very

bars/restaurants/shops across the city. The B&B is very
close to the city (3-4mins walk) and restaurant/bars are near by.
The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and
set us up for the day. All in all, it was a great visit to Derry and
when we go back, we will return to Amore B&
