  We loved our stay at Five Oaks. My family from the Netherlands were over and they had an amazing time here. The hosts were great, very friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning. Some people in our party didn't like an Irish breakfast, but Monica was happy to provide us with a wide range of alternatives. Will def s - The hosts (Monica & Adrian) were very friendly and helpful. The house & the garden are absolutly lovely. It's not far away from Derry (by car) but totally quiet and perfect for relaxing & enjoying the beautiful environment. We enjoyed our stay very much!

They brought milk upstairs for the kids, lit up the fireplace in the living room and brought us coffee, provided the best breakfast we had in Ireland, and shared useful tips about the local travel.

  Quite simply the best hotel to stay at if you are touring Northern Ireland, or just (like myself and family) fancied a weekend break - the owners (Noel and Donna) and ALL staff are the most friendly and welcoming, you will come across - a wonder setting with breathtaking views, amazing rooms and mouthwatering food. I highly recommend Dungiven Castle for a romantic getaway, there is nothing quite like staying in 15th century castle, especially if it is run by Donna and Noel.

  The room was big and well furnished. The setting is superb, and the location is very convenient provided you have a car (as we did). The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The owner was very hospitable.   It was totally fun staying in a castle. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the rooms extremely comfortable. The grounds are also beautiful. - staff great - helpful and friendly rooms good modern and clean breakfast great and pleasant dining room
