  Peter was a great host, very attentive and caring, who made you feel at home from the moment you walked in. The bed had heating mattress which was nice and toasty and there was a portable heater in the room to warm it up. It was lovely to come back after exploring all day to a nice hot cup of tea or coffee in the room. Location was along the main road and about give minutes from Killarney town centre. - This B&B is very good one with a delicious breakfast, small but clean rooms with good beds and very very friendly owners. The house is five minutes away by car from the city centre. As we wanted to drink a beer in a pub the owner drove us into the city centre. Beyond that we always were invited for a coffee or tea as we sit in the living room watching TV or surfing in the web. That's much more than standard. We'll come back again! Thank you!

  We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. The place was both spotless and comfy in equal measures. Joan is very kind,very good to give advice and treat everyone like special guest. We got bigger room with king bed. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast very nice. Very happy with location.   This B&B is located in beautiful farm country and surrounded by mature trees and landscaping. The B&B itself is part of a working farm. The house is a grand old farmhouse that is decorated beautifully. Everything in the house is spotless. Our room was very large, comfortable, and immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful - The accomodation is very nice and comfortable! Our room was very spacious, clean, and the furniture is gorgeous. Phena and Gerry are very friendly and they prepared us the best breakfast in the mornings. They were very helpful and gave us great advice for our trips.
