  This B&B is located in beautiful farm country and surrounded by mature trees and landscaping. The B&B itself is part of a working farm. The house is a grand old farmhouse that is decorated beautifully. Everything in the house is spotless. Our room was very large, comfortable, and immaculate.   The cottages are adorable! I was with a group of 3 and it was an amazing deal for our small group, but the cottage could have easily slept 8 (imagine what a great deal that would be...). They have the appearance of traditional Irish country homes, but the interiors have all the modern amenities you could need for a stay in beautiful Killarney. They are well equipped with everything you need including towels. The Caretaker was very approachable if you needed anything or advice on where to visit. Location is great a two min drive into town while lovely scenery awaits you if you head for the gap of Dunloe. We will go back again in the summer when the weather is better. Also we were told that the playground will be moved to the rental properties so this will be a big plus as the kids can play
