  The staff really were friendly and helpful, full of smiles! The buffet breakfast was amazing!! I think I gained a few kgs sampling the local dishes, as well as the fresh fruits and pastries and the waffle/pancake station! The pool was nice, and lots of cheap and local food stands nearby. - Nice clean hotel, Free Wi-Fi in room and lobby. Staff were excellent in service and friendly. Various option of TV channels both local and international. Location far from city centre, however the staff will get you a taxi when you request. (approx. 45 min by car to reach central Kuta and could be worst during peak hours). Fantastic rooftop restaurant overlooking the bay area and the serve excellent food & drink. Must try!
