The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

Great location, very close to Tunjungan plaza (2 mins walk). There is also a big supermarket with foodcourt very nearby. TV have quite a good selection of channels. -
No complaints about the room size with the amount paid. I have no problems with a windowless room either as I don't care about the traffic noise.

The Harris hotel in Malang is very new and clean, with lovely mountain views and a big swimming pool. The rooms are nicely and brightly furnished with nice colours and trimmings. The buffet breakfast is very good, with both Indonesian and Western food. The staff are courteous and helpful. -

The hotel was great for the stay. Breakfast was good, more grain, wheat bread would have been nice however. It was quiet enough to have a good night sleep considering how close it is to the road. The art is a nice touch, never a boring moment. It is a nice place to stay in Surabaya if you are on a budget. -

The breakfast was really good. Big variety of interesting food. I have traveled in a lot of S E Asia and this was one of the best restaurants in a low cost hotel. Bar at night was a high lite for this non tourist town.

I chose this hotel because of the price and the location. The room were small but just nice for me. The bed is very comfy, air-conditioned and with free wifi. I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.
