  Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Made vehicle available to travel to Seminyak shopping precincts. Also suggested several dinning areas to attend for evening meals. If they fix a few of the finner details of Bacon and milk then this villa will exceed future expectations.
