We booked the garden suite and were totally impressed with it. The room was very clean, large and the bath was top class. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this one tops all so far. It is right on the beach and has many good facilities. I totally recommend the Spa in this resort, cheaper compared to other boutique ones, very clean and professional. We had a 2.5 hr massage for like 30Aud.
The bar is awsome, right in the pool and perfect view to the sunset. Definitely visiting Balisani again.

New hotel complex indonesia owned, we stayed in room 127 which is one of three closest ground floor rooms and directly outside is the food area and swimming pool, no walking across the complex for amenities. Good TV channels but WiFi is week. All room provate phone calls are charged, even if you do not connect to your phone number.

Christian, the manager, was lovely, so helpful. The reso of the staff were to. I was a bit unsure to start with about the semi outdoor lounge, but it was lovely - there are mosquitos, but using bug repellent worked to keep them at bay. Good WiFi ( free). Good A/C. Lovely cold pool, villas are very private.

My Deluxe room was comfortable, spacious and quiet and just a short stroll to pool and beach. The location is superb set right on e beachfront to swim, walk along the beach, surf, have a massage, and simply relax. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and always ready to assist. The hospitality shower was greatly appreciated long after check-out and before departing for the airport for a late night flight. rent a motorbike as all the shop has been closed down. We hadn't
take our dinner yet. We don't have any transport as the
"makan" area is not a walking distance to reach from Nyima
Inn. But the staff was very friendly. He allowed us to borrow his
personal motorbike for dinner as a help. We are impressed by the
friendly service. Excellent!!

The place is amazing. A little difficult to find, but when you get there you really start enjoying.
The garden is enormous, with palm trees, lots of green and places to rest. The pool is very beautiful and inspiring, good place to start or end the day.
The room was huge and very comfortable, like a little palace, outstanding bed.
Separate bathroom, but also private for you, it was open on the back so plenty of mosquitoes, frogs or spiders came in, but no big deal. The tub was amazing, quite bar
