We loved the fact that Annora was a small place which meant that we got to know the lovely friendly staff who were very helpful when we needed anything. I love the atmosphere of the place and definitely love the room and the cleanliness. Food in the cafe was great and we were lucky to meet two adorable furry pups who were staying in the hotel lobby as well. Less than 5 minutes away from Seminyak beach and 5-10 minutes walk away from the restaurants and shops. Peaceful and romantic I must say.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Bali

Also suggested several dinning areas to attend for evening meals.
If they fix a few of the finner details of Bacon and milk then this villa will exceed future expectations.

Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!)

Beach side villa we stayed in was amazing. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

Staff are sensationally good, cooking breakfasts we order and then caring for the baby while we eat. Most helpful in all other circumstances. Private lap pool, excellent bathrooms, big living area, even an upstairs study. Nothing is too much trouble. Walking distance to beach, good restaurants and trinket shops. -

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -
