  This was my 2nd stay at this hotel after about 8 years back and surprised with how they still maintain cleanliness and condition of room. However, I won't forget the staff service excellence when they managed to found and keep my missing stuffs even I already left hotel quite some time.   This is my first visit to Semarang and Best Western Hotel. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the toilet spray on the day when we arrived, but the staff managed to check and repair it within 30 minutes. The room is well kept and very clean. Still a very new building and a good choice for relaxing in the middle of busy city.
