We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. Was also upgraded to Club floor on our second visit within our 10 days in Jakarta. Except for the Club Lounge, the rooms were the same as the Deluxe on the low

good location, very nice view from the window, we asked for a room on the higher floor and got it, plentiful breakfast

I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set

As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay.
Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Clean and easy to access.

We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. After it was settled with another deposit they came calling AGAIN at the door while we were resting. We

The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

All the staff from valet to house keeping where excellent, i stayed there many times. It's nice of them to upgrade me to penthouse for free. Great that it is 2mins walk to Epic walk Mall. -
