The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

The Harris hotel in Malang is very new and clean, with lovely mountain views and a big swimming pool. The rooms are nicely and brightly furnished with nice colours and trimmings. The buffet breakfast is very good, with both Indonesian and Western food. The staff are courteous and helpful. -

My first stay was OK but since the hotel has just opened for few days (soft opening, as they said), it took so long for me to get a room even though I already book the room few days before. The complimentary breakfast was nice and pretty complete, they serve continental bfast and also hot bfast. I loved the traditional indo food too, such as rawon, lodeh, soto ayam and ketan hitam. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us. The swimming pool was a bonus for us with little kids.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié a gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel. Nous étions dans une suite au rez de chaussé, le cadre et les décors du hall ont énormément de charme. Nous avons également apprécié le thé et les sucreries offertes tous les jours à partie de 16h dans un cadre très authentique. Petit déjeuner, très bien.
