  I am very satisfied with this hotel with good facilities spa, fitness and swimming too. I n my family especially my girls really enjoy the well- prepared breakfast and swimming too. The receptionist's is so kindful n professional n polite too. The room is big n comfort with clean bed !   Great location - opposite Padang Merdeka @ Merdeka Walk and very close to Medan Railway Station (less than 5 mins walk). The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The facilities are good. The breakfast buffet is excellent - lot of choices, I enjoy it very much. The staff are very good - excellent hospitality.
