Close to beach & great restaurants,cafe's, lots of music. Staff very helpful & welcoming. Due to layout of villas good to have the security staff,not that we ever felt unsafe at anytime.

Our stay here was fantastic and better than I was expecting and read about. We did not have anything we were no happy with, great location with a short walk from front entrance to beach unlike many others we have stayed in which meant walk from villa to beach was nothing if you forgot something or needed to return. I loved staying at La Taverna! If you want a relaxing holiday, away from the noise and pollution, then this is the place. The staff are attentive in a low-key sort of way; the food is delicious; the pool is small, but never crowded; the location is ideal - right on the beach; the gardens are immaculately tended. The rooms appear to have been recently refurbished and are comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. La Taverna is a real oasis.

From the moment we felt warmly welcomed by the delightful man with one of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen! Staff at the desk were helpful, professional & welcoming as were the staff in the dining area with a welcoming drink.This was by the way absolutely delicious!

fantastic location right on the main road of Sanur and central. Staff were friendly and accomodating. spacious, clean balinese style room. excellent pool and gardens. Large staff maintain this 15 yr old lady very well. oh and clean toilets and the cleanest kitchen in Sanur.
Will return and recommend, best value for money that we have found so far in Sanur.

The location was fantastic. Only 5 minute walk from Hardys and only 5 minute walk in other direction to Sindhu beach happenings. The breakfast was great and the beachside restaurant setting was gorgeous. The restaurant's dinner menu was great too - I don't eat meat and they had some tasty vegetarian options and staff were delightful. 2 swimming pools! Yes 2. They looked great (I didn't use them) but did see other enjoying them.

The place is both modern yet as an antique feel to it. The owner must love to collect antique, for one can find it all around the hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the service was very good. We enjoyed our stay there, and would highly recommend the place, especially those who have children, as it children friendly as well. -

Bed has a useful mosquito net.
It is not located on the main road of Sanur but it is a plus as the hotel is very quite in the evenings.
Breakfast included with very good banana pancakes or eggs and juice/tea.
Nice swimming pool but almost always in the shadow as there are many trees that cover the sun.
Safe not in the room but in the lobby.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They rented their car to
me for 250,000 a day which I though was excellent. The room was nice. It
was a garden suit on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool. Room
110 I think. The room itself was pretty spacious with a nice balcony.
The area was very safe. There were lots of people trying to sell you
things and taxi drives beeping to arrange massages with "bang-
bang". Once you said "no" they didn't hassle you any
further, though.

Fantastic kids club. Great friendly staff.First impression on busy main road. However, once inside no noise from road and venture out the back gate on tiny road for few minutes walk into central Sanur and the beach, excellent! Fantastic 'DIY' bbq where all we had to do was cook and eat, the staff provided all food and cleaned up after!
