It is always a pleasure to return to Akmani. The hotel is not 5 star nor 1 star but it is nice and comfortable, rooms are nice, it is quiet during the night. You will really have a good sleep. Shower is nice, I like it! Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chillis, etc. Huge shopping mall 5 min with taxi, it will cost you $1 (Grand Indonesia). This is the best location I have stayed at in Jakarta.

The pool was very nice, the room was good and they booked us an airport pick up after we asked, so overall it was a very pleasant stay in a not so very pleasant city -
Nice sized rooms. Nice pool. Indonesian not western breakfast. Nice feel to it. Very helpful staff speaking good English. Wifi really only effective in public areas.

Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.
