  Beaucoup - First of all the hotel staff service and facilities was excellent. Very well organized. - Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful gardens. It is so lovely towatch the sea waves at sunset time. Reality is much better thanpictures on the net.

  Fully satisfied! Excellent new room, very modern (bed, bath, towels - everything inside). Stayed for 5 nights in room 512 Lagoon view and 2 nights in room 126 Lagoon access. They upgraded it for free. Buffet breakfast costs extra 195.000 IDR and worth it, very good atmosphere. The breakfast was complete and diverse. The hotel has a great swimming pool. The location is good because it is very close to Jimbaran Beach and Mall. The room service and concierge were excellent.
