Hotel was fabulous; staff make an effort to meet you and remember your name; fantastic pool and bar area; it is a place you want to spend time at - not just somewhere to sleep. The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza. Thanks very much to all the wonderful staff who helped

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. The rooms were well maintained by efficient and friendly staff, and the facilities were well presented. Also the grounds staff kept the grounds around the resort in superb condition. Excellent

This was my family first time to Bali and I would like to Thank all the staff at Kuta Central Park were awesome and I would like to thank you for making our stay memorable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was delicious and there was variety of foods to choose from which my children loved. If you wanted Bacon the staff were able to provide this for you. Our rooms were always clean and tidy when we returned for the day. Happy hour were cheap, loved the Baileys comet a must try

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!

Very warm and kind welcoming of the staff when we arrived and also during our stay. You can ask anything.
The breakfast and location is great. One of the nicest pools in the area, just at the beach. What we liked to is that the hotel is located where the road between the beach and the pool is blocked for motorbikes. This makes it a very quite place to relax.

I do not use the word perfection so lightly, but Ayana has come as close
to it as possible.
The resort within resort themed villas, breathtaking design and location, unmatched facilities, attention to even the smallest detail is definitely the best I've ever seen.

the best part abt ayana is their spa-hydromassage water spa which is for like 3000 indian rs per person for 2 hrs .
