  Endroit merveilleux. Sans doute un des plus beaux hôtels dans lesquels nous sommes allés. Le palais est impressionnant mais le personnel vous fait oublier la majesté du lieu tant le service est attentionné et personnalisé. Une mention spéciale pour la piscine : imaginez nager avec le fort de Merangarth au loin se détachant sur l'horizon... - Fant... ce que les gens disent » astique et époustouflant ! L'hôtellerie suisse pourrait en prendre de la graine ! À recommander absolument ! Envoûtant et impressionnant palace de grès sable avec un personnel au dessus du panier ! Digne d'un six étoiles ! The location is superb, the ambience so romantic, the service is top-notch, the food is great (the chef sent us complimentary dishes that were just delicious!), the views from our room (upgraded to a lake view) were incredible... We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel couldn't do enough for us. It was the most romantic experience and we wished we could have stayed longer. Spa treatments were excellent, the food delicious and our delightful waitress, Rose made it very special. Altogether sheer perfection.

  Exceptional staff and service. Very well trained and knowledgeable. Butler service was perfect. The view from our room was great as well. We could see the Taj Lake Palace, the City Palace and the Jag Mandir straight ahead. Without informing the hotel of our arrival at the Jaislamer train station in the wee hours, we were pleasantly surprised to find hotel staff waiting to pick us up from the train station.
