Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. The staff were brilliant and we received a personalised greeting at 2 am! This will remain our preferred abode of stay whenever we come to Mumbai -

Beautifully appointed, this hotel has all the trappings of luxury. Great view from my room. Fantastic staff who cater to one's every need. I was too busy to avail myself of the facilities but spa, gym and swimming pool all looked great. Very good restaurants offering traditional Indian, European and Chinese cuisine. We stayed only one night. Checked in at about 7 pm and checked out at 11
am. The room was clean and spacious. We were told it was overlooking the
pool but actually it mainly overlooked the roof top of part of the hotel
lobby. The Staff was friendly and courteous. Food at the Red Zen was
okay. Breakfast spread was quite nice and the service was good. I would
definitely recommend the Hotel to others.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff lift a good hotel to an excellent one. Wouldn't even bother looking for another hotel next time I visit Mumbai. -
Beautiful resort with excellent facilities and private beach. Most of the staff were lovely and attentive. Lovely greeting on arrival. Beautiful pool.

Very conveniently located for the airports (international and domestic)
As luxurious as you would expect from the Hilton brand, although I was pleasantly surprised by how comparatively cheap things like drinks were, compared to other hotels I stayed at in India.

We had to spend an extra day and the staff organised a hotel car to show us the sights of Mumbai - a very enjoyable day with a driver who was very knowledgeable and proud of his city.

Exccellent quality hotel, stayed in a deluxe (superior) room, all brand new and good facilities (gym, roof pool) and especially the restaurant was great with fine decor and friendly serviceminded staff. The hotel is close to good shopping options, but is a bit distant if you want to be closer to the old city, gateway of India and other attactions.
