We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now.
India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME!

The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

To be honest I really like this hotel was nice staying there staff were amazining, we even went to Taj Mahal but my son is 3 years and half he did not like it he kept asking to go back to Taj Lands end he really like it and he had good time, special when he fell and hit his mouth on floor the staff come all over to our room asking how his doing an

Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.

Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. The staff were brilliant and we received a personalised greeting at 2 am! This will remain our preferred abode of stay whenever we come to Mumbai -

Beautifully appointed, this hotel has all the trappings of luxury. Great view from my room. Fantastic staff who cater to one's every need. From the friendly driver meeting us at the airport to the manager who went out of his way to make us happy, everything was excellent, we enjoyed a great meal for dinner and breakfast was adequate. Great hotel for a stopover between flights. Would definitely stay again!
