The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

Very conveniently located for the airports (international and domestic)
As luxurious as you would expect from the Hilton brand, although I was pleasantly surprised by how comparatively cheap things like drinks were, compared to other hotels I stayed at in India.

Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.

Amazing building and swimming pool. Rooms spacious and we were lucky
to be upgraded to a suite which had fab views. The executive lounge
well worth paying extra for. Staff amazing and provided several
unexpected touches such as velcro for my long mobile cable, bangles
and a personalised book mark.Location ideal for sightseeing. A real
gem of a hotel.

Everything ! It was a wonderful experience - one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the food was excellent, the pool was wonderful, and just the right, consistent depth for me to swim in and put my feet on the bottom. The setting was amazing, right next to the beach, with a spectacular view of the ocean from our room. just a short walk from the bustle of the city ! All very stylish.

Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. The staff were brilliant and we received a personalised greeting at 2 am! This will remain our preferred abode of stay whenever we come to Mumbai -

We stayed only one night. Checked in at about 7 pm and checked out at 11
am. The room was clean and spacious. We were told it was overlooking the
pool but actually it mainly overlooked the roof top of part of the hotel
lobby. The Staff was friendly and courteous. Food at the Red Zen was
okay. Breakfast spread was quite nice and the service was good. I would
definitely recommend the Hotel to others.

Beautifully appointed, this hotel has all the trappings of luxury. Great view from my room. Fantastic staff who cater to one's every need. Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).
