  The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile... ce que les gens disent » t paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!

  Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.

  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring. The guy on the roof top breakfast area was lovely & the... ce que les gens disent » y tried their best to serve a nice breakfast to western tourists. It was a great spot & the front door staff were wonderful & so friendly. The - Lovely hotel with excellent rooms at a great price. Maybe the softest bed I've ever been in! The staff were excellent, really helpful, gave me advice on the local area and helped me get some IPL tickets. Good location about 50 meters from Marine Drive

  Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now. India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME! The staff is really pe... ce que les gens disent » rfect, even more than perfect. - The manager is always responsive and available to help out especially with difficult scheduling etc. Staff at every level are friendly, always look up and acknowledge customers, always making us feel that they appreciate our business.
