  The hotel was really comfortable the room, though small was very modern / contemporary with a lovely attached bathroom great walk in shower! Its being all rennovated si make sure you get the 3rd floor where the rooms are all just about done. Not too big but very stilish and with flat screen - nicest room of our budget trip through India. The situation is very close to railway and bus station. The location allowed us to walk to the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway to India and boats to Elephant Island, Victoria Station, Crawford Market, the High Court and the Univ of Mumbai. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room.
