It was strange not to go through a lobby when going in and out of the
hotel- the lobby is located on the 1st floor which is easily skipped.

Great value and in unique old style neighborhood, walking district to
SoHo district and Metro and ferry. In a city where a nice hotel exceeds
$500+ this gives you a lovely suite with all the comfort at a better

Location on Hong Kong Island was good, near to MTR and ferry piers with many restaurants close to hotel. The staff were extremely helpful they could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was good with interesting choice each day - we were there for 17 days so got to know it well! The free mini-bar was most welcome and our suite was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!

Literally got shocked about how big our room was. Definitely worth the price! Fast Internet, the awesome looking and clean room, everything! we loved it so much that we're considering booking it again the next time we stay in hongkong. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They always tried to help me with anything I needed, even helping me to the hail a cab on the street with all of my luggage hours after I had checked out and in the extreme humidity.
The room was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated.

This is an excellent hotel with great staff. The hotel is clean and they include many extras in the rate which really makes it good value. Rooms are spotless and although small, very comfortable.
Excellent breakfast selection and all day coffee facility as well as free sundowners and a complementary mini bar make it very convenient and comfortable. Theres a laundry facility which is great as well as a small fitness gym. All facilities are well maintained and v clean.

Well located. It's a 3 minute walk to the A2 Sheung Wan MTR exit. For going to central we found it was more interesting and similar distance to walk along the main road, rather than taking the MTR for a single stop. Easy 15 min walk across to central pier and exchange square for buses. Location - close to MTR (2 min), restaurants, interesting things to explore and a couple of great places for awesome coffee, oh and a french cheese and wine shop!
Room was spacious for HK, bath was brilliant, quality fittings/toiletries and towels. Little things like umbrella and slippers had been thought of.

In all of our combined 30 plus years of travelling, this is up there
with the best of any hotel we have stayed at. Only 6 months old, Italian
architect designed and with a perfect finish and superb attention to
detail. This is urban chic at its finest. Rooms are very generously
proportioned for hk, and even have discreet kitchens. The lack of
restaurant or gym is no big deal, as with such a great location in
Central, everything is bang on your doorstep. Faultless.

The hotel room was not as big as it was advertised, but pretty decent for the price. The location was superb, with the star ferry terminal within 5 minutes' walking distance, and there are many buses to Central on Gloucester road. Overall it's good value for money, especially after considering its location. -
