The hotel was well located for accessing the ferry, bus and train
networks. Staff were very helpful and attentive to all requests.
Rooms were clean, nicely decorated with superb harbour views.

The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!

The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!!

- Got real king size beds not two double beds put together

* Staff very good and helpful except the door man. He ran away when we ask help to get a taxi to the airport during our departure back to our home country.
* Restaurant in the hotel ZAAN was awesome. We love the food there. Very nice and not expensive. All the people who served in the restaurant also very nice and friendly. Sam, young man who responsible and in charge for this restaurant know how to advise us and arrange the food.

J'avais beaucoup de bagages et les gardiens de l'immeuble ont étéadorables et m'ont bien aidée à l'arrivée et au départ de l'hôtel. ... ce que les gens disent » It was at a great location, with great food all around 24/7. Not in a shopping district but that's ok because it's between Causeway bay and Central. Superb value due to the size of the room. If you've stayed in hk before, you'll know that rooms r usually small. Some people might not like that it's not a true blue hotel with swimming pools or bell boys but u're never in hk to relax!
