The property is spacious, private and gorgeous located a short walk from the busy centre. The pool is fairly large adjacent to indoor and outdoor dinning & bar; great for hours of relaxing. We were lucky to get a 1 bedroom suite with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed extra days!

Nice and clean family run motel. Very helpfull staff, comfortable rooms, close to Chios, Karfas,Kambos and supermarkets. It's like a hub, close to many things. The situation is excellent, into the port and just 50 meters from the ferries terminal. It's the best for those who travel with ferry.
It's also nice because the house is small and some of the rooms, overlooking the port have an individual veranda with table and chairs to watch the life of the port.

the reviews were right about the location.
it is literally 10 metres from harbour on one corner. there is just a 2 minute walk to shops and cafes as well - the hotels cafe was alongside and was good too.

Staying in Topakas House was one of my best holiday experiences. We
stayed 3 nights with my friend and 5,5 yrs old son. We felt like we were
at home. The place was so cosy, the landlady Eleni and her husband
Costas (please forgive if I misspell) were wonderful people, just as
their son and daughter. They tried to help us in every way they could.
The breakfast, the courtyard and the asmosphere were great. We left our
hearts and minds in there. We'll really miss the late night chats in
the courty
