I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

Lovely welcoming staff.
We had a standard double room with a very comfortable bed. The room was nicely spacious with an apple computer with Internet and ipod speaker doc.
The shower was stocked with White Company products and and Asprey soaps. Very nice!
They have a great do not disturb policy and let each guest just enjoy their time away.

The Casa Camper Hotel has thought of everything. It good sized & very comfortable attractive rooms with large windows looking over Berlin. It's very functional bathrooms. The 24 hour relaxed dining / lounge / self serve bar area which covers the top floor & where all food & drink except alcohol is included in the room tarriff. Great location, great apartment - clean, neat, bright, ground level. Had a grand piano which is a plus for us as my son plays piano. Easy to get to. One full/double bed and one pull-out sofa bed. This apartment is the best way to stay in Berlin, better than any hotel, the location was fantastic. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well appointed, with a dishwasher and washing machine, for which we were very grateful after being on a cycling holiday. Highly recommended.

The apartment is extremely well situated in a vibrant part of Alexander Platz.
The place was clean and well appointed with all the necessary features and appliances you may need.
Dorothea was a great help hanging around when we were delayed.

minutes walk. Berlin Dom @ 5 minutes walk. Lot of good and cheap
restaurants in the area. Pubs/ bars also. Modern room, well equipped
kitchen and bathroom. Free WiFi and working good.

Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) .
