We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel the need to get it! We had a great time! We would definitely return.

The broadband charges were insane, we didn't use them but it was €11 for 24 hours which is really expensive.

Parking is very expensive 18 euro per day. Street parking for free is located around 500 metres from hotel. No free wifi Reception staff were determined to try and sell extras when checking in

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.

Rather featureless location - but this was mitigated by handiness to excellent public transport.

Staff were excellent, and our room was available early for check in. The location is good, however I recommend utilasing their bike hire to make getting around easier.

Wifi doesn't work at all in the rooms. The staff are aware their is an issue with wifi in the hotel, and they refunded the daily wifi rate which i had paid, without any issues.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are modern and everything seems new. The bed was amazing. We were satisfied with everything. Staff was polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the second year that we have stayed at The Leonardo Royal Hotel in Berlin and it is an excellant Hotel.The location from The Alexander Platz Bahnof is only two stops on tram number 4 to Falkenburgora ten minute walk away.very central to tourist sites and shopping.

Just the very cold March weather spoilt our stay this year.

Location in Alexanderplatz; manager waived one day of Internet access charges for unacceptably slow speeds.

Excessive daily charges for Wi-Fi (13 - 17 euros for daily access); amount of Internet access charge not disclosed before trip and would have made a difference in booking; carpeting did not look that clean either in hallway or room.

Nice staff, clean room. The rooms are really comfortable.

Parking at leonardo royal hotel is expensive (€18 a day). There is a parking really near to the hotel at Keibelstrasse. You can park your cark here for €5,50 a day. I also didn't like the price of wifi (€19 a day) I think it is strange that a hotel doesn't offer a free wifi spot!!

Great building and location, rooms very nice. Front of house staff were professional and pleasant.

Very poor housekeeping standards. Shower drain was blocked on the first day, the room was not serviced on the second, general lack of attention to detail the rest of the time (no soap one day, no shower gel on another). Although the staff did their best to compensate us for these things they should not happen in a 4* hotel.
