  The room was beautiful and spacious, impecably clean. Breakfast was great. A step up from standard german hotel breakfast but without anything hot. Staff were friendly especially with our kids. Common cold drink freezer with local beer including smoked (plus chocolate and nuts, all for a resonable price). The hotel is exceptionally bright and clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Felt luxurious at a fairly bargain price. Bamberg is a magical city! Skip Rothenberg and visit Bamberg instead. You won't be disappointed!
