  Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious! The location, next to the harbour, was ideal for market and boat visits. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...

  This hotel lived up to previous rave reviews we had read. We had a very comfortable and spacious room with, unexpectedly, a king size bed. (Perhaps we'd been upgraded?) Good tv, great wifi, plenty of towels, interesting design touches with the furnishing.
