  Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious! The location, next to the harbour, was ideal for market and boat visits. I loved everything about this hotel ! - The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...

Staff was kind and room clean, comfortable and soundproof, though the hotel is located directly on the street and just above the pub. Free wifi connection - It was easy to find, although the signs were subtle. Comfortable beds, quiet even though with the window open down to the street. Vending machine had free or almost free bottle water. Little store nearby with hot food even at night made up for no room service. Big bathroom and shower.

  This hotel lived up to previous rave reviews we had read. We had a very comfortable and spacious room with, unexpectedly, a king size bed. (Perhaps we'd been upgraded?)
