I'm impressed for the kindness and friendly attitude of staffs. They are happy to give any help for you. And lounge and kitchen are easy to use and have communication with other tourists. The location is also good and can reach there by #4 Tram. -

My friend and I came to Helsinki for the first time and were totally satisfied with the hostel. Location is fine, 24 hour check-in and out, room cleaning every 4 day, common areas are regulary cleaned and fully equipped (fridge, electro stoves and microwave at the kitchen). Sauna is very good.

We just needed a quiet place where we could cook food, and rest between shopping and sightseeing, without carpets on the floor. Since we both have to avoid certain foods, the cooking and opportunity to keep food cold was essential. It was very cheap compared to other self-catering options, and the windows effectively shut out noise from the streets. There wasn't an endless party going on as in some hostels.

Beds were very comfortable, the staff was very very nice, and breakfast buffet for €6 was a blast! It might not be in the very center of Helsinki, but has so many attractions nearby, more than in the center. Many buses and the train pass close. Big lockers! (Just bring your lock ;-) ).

Location is nice. About 2 km from the bus station and city center. 3 km
from the ferry docks. Rooms are well maintained, chair for everybody.
Each bed has its own 2 plugs and light. They also give you towels if you
request. Buffet breakfast for 6.30 €. Common room for tv and kitchen.
Staff was helpful. If you walk 2km downtown, there you can take the
airport shuttle.

The people are really kind here!
It helps me alot!!
And it's really calm here, it's not too far from the bus or the tram, so the translation is really convenient, and there's also a supermarket at down stair, so it's quite convenient for buying things to cook.
To sum up, I really like this hostel!!!! -

I have never stayed at hostel before cheapsleep, that is why I can not compare it with any other hostel, but my overall experience was great, nice clean a bit noisy hostel, but if you there for ice hockey as a fan you dont really care about noise. I had the pleasure of meeting Oliver(manager) who was great!!! Great location to get to Hartwall Arena, 15 min walk, or tram 7B(7min)
