Everything is great: the apartment itself is new, clean and well-designed, location is just perfect (10 minutes walking from main attractions), it has everything needed and even breakfast is included. And the price is very reasonable or even low for all you get.
Next time we come to Prague we'll stay here for sure. -

Lucia is a fantastic hostess, she was very helpful and friendly. Location is very good, about 10 minutes walking from the center. Very quiet place and good caffes for breakfast around the hotel. We will defenitely stay at this place again when come back to Prague.

beautiful apartment that's fantastic value for money. You're
only a few moments from the old town square, the Charles Bridge, and a
host of shops and pubs, yet it's very peaceful and quiet. The rooms

The apartment was by no means the most luxurious place, but given the
low price we paid, it does the job. The place was spotlessly clean (that

hotel, so you must know that you’ll have to call to the owner when you
arrive in front of the building in order to proceed with the check in.
Sometimes it’s pretty hard if you don’t have a cellphone. -
The apartment was clean and very large. Very spacious for just the four of us. We were there for just one weekend. It would be ideal for long term visits. The parking garage is secure and under the building but it is just 2.1 meters high. The owner was very responsive via email and the manager met us to let us in late on our arrival night Overall this was a great value for our stay.

11 out of 10 for the hotel staff very helpful on where to eat and how to get into the city bus,train, tram and the sites to see on our short visit. We followed her instructions and they were perfect and got to see alot of Prague in a short time. Spacious clean room and excellent breakfast.
