La qualité de l'accueil, le charme de l'hôtel, sa situation dans la ville, le calme, la qualité du restaurant. On a tout aimé. Le choix est souvent un compromis entre le prix et la qualité. Santini Résidence représente un compromis idéal. La suite Anna ou nous étions est absolument magnifique. 3° et dernier étage, sous les toits. Un havre de paix.

La chambre/suite était tout simplement magnifique et le personnel tout à fait charmant. le secret le mieux gardé de Prague. Vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir choisi le Santini. Merveilleusement situé, à quelques pas du pont Charles et du fameux château de Prague. Seulement 11 chambres, toutes superbes et un séjour inoubliable.

We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! Thanks, Guys! -

Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern.
The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us

We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were
they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G.

I loved this hotel. from the moment we entered they made us feel at home & were so friendly & informative.
the room was clean, lovely & light file, with a private door to a garden. Tea was immediately brought to our room with sweets!

The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. -

Centre is walking distance. Although the street is noisy, you hear
nothing inside. The bedroom is at the backside, where you can open the
window (without streetnoise). I can recommend it for sure.
