The hotel is located away from the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik, so it is quiet and peaceful. The design of the hotel is well-thought out, and much attention has been paid to making it pleasing to the eye. Everything is done tastefully, and the place is sparkling clean. The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

We had the opportunity due to a schedule change to stay in two different
places in Dubrovnik: Lapad and then up the hill close to the Old Town
area. The location of this apartment is about a 10 min walk from a
pedestrian precinct which was really nice to walk around and had a ton
of reasonable restaurants. I much prefer Lapad since its essentially
flat. Near the old town, be prepared to be stair-stepper fit to get

Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Natasha was a wonderful host, who went out of her way to be helpful. As others have noted, provided a cel phone for our personal use and to contact her. We were welcomed with sugared almonds and fresh fruit. The apartment was perfectly located for us, appointed with everything we could have asked for, and the private terrace was a wonderful bonus

Very good location and cleaning apartment. The owner Nanasa is so attentive and provides all kinds of useful /practical stuffs you needed for your stay, including washing machine! The terrace is with beautiful flours and it's a comfortable and pleasure to sit down after visiting Dubrovnik or swimming. + Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes.

We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas

Apartment has two double beds and couch bed. It is about 10 min away from old town by walking. Silence begins 11 pm in the apartment. There's some stairs in the aparment's yard, so it's not a good place for physically disabled to stay.

Spacious apartment with a large terrace with view on the sea.
Skreco is very pleasant, a perfect host. He offered us a beer on arrival on his terrace and gave lot of advice for our visit.
He guided us for come and leave home (he requested the airport shuttle to stop in front of his home !! he also booked and guided our taxis ), he offered his help and Croatian translation by phone if we needed help !

Željko was a wonderful host. We arrived late in the evening and he took time to walk us to a good restaurant short walk from the apartment, we ended up coming here two more times with friends, great food and value for money. The location of the apartment was excellent, 5 min walk from the main beach, right next to the bus station to The Old Town and a Taxi rank. This was our third stay in Dubrovnik and I can honestly say that we enjoyed staying outside of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town,

My fiancé and i travelled on 14th july for 1 week to dubrovnik and wanted somewhere that was good value, close to lapad/babin kuk resort for the beach but easy to travel to the old town for sightseeing and night life. Maria was a wonderful host. She doesn't speak English, but we were able to communicatue through signs and pointing at things; no problem! She picked tangeringes in her garden for our breakfast and washed our clothes. The room is comfortable and our room had a small terrace where we could sit at night. It's only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute bus ride to the old town. Dubrovnik is a bit too touristic...

Apartments had oil, sugar and coffee which was useful and excellent array of clean pots and pans compared to other apartments.
Whole apartment, especially the Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a washing machine.
