  Jozef and Sonia treat you like family. They are kind, considerate hosts who enjoy their visitors. My room with a view was perfect--looking down to the port from seven stories high. Sonia is constantly cleaning and the place is spotless. Jozef will take you to the terrace. I would definitely stay there again. It was a wonderful experience! - The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!

  The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets. The owner is helpful and very friendly. The apartment is not in the old town but the station “Lapad Post Office” of bus 6 (to Pile Gate) is not very far (about 10 min of walking downhil - We enjoyed our studio. It had everything we need, it was clean, looking very nice, I think it would be great for a family with kids. The host was great, they welcome us even if we arrived at midnight because of some problems we had at the border. The place it's really 200m up the Lapad Beach and you have a nice view.

  L'appartement très bien situé, en plein dans la vieille ville et très bien insonorisé. Il est bien équipé et convient aussi bien pour un séjour d'une nuit que de plusieurs jours. But the feeling to be part of this beatiful place is unforgetable. I think, It's worth to choose such an appartment instead of one in the new quarters. The nearest access point is the North City Gate Buza. GPS coordinates of the nearest parking: 42 38' 32.37"N 18 06' 37.29"E - We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time. Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

  We stayed in the Studio Apartment - Peline 13 (upstairs). This was an excellent location, about a 30-second walk (uphill) inside the north entrance of the old town. We arrived at night so we couldn't really tell where exactly we were, but the next morning we realized that our bathroom window opens right up to the tourists walking the wall!   Couldn't complain about the location, literally a 4min walk to everything you need - bus, beach, food, beer. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Great view of the beach. Very safe area.

If you doubt how centrally located it is when you arrive, go to the roof deck and look out over all of Dubrovnik. Catch your breath and go meet your incredibly sweet staff.
