  Ulises, the owner, was the most helpful person I have ever met! My boyfriend and I were driving to Camila 109 and we got a flat tire on the way. When we arrived, Ulises helped us with the repair every step of the way.   Maria is very warm and welcoming. She speaks excellent English, and explained the neighbourhood and where to go when we arrived. The best location for Valparaiso as you are in the heart of the Concepción and Allegro Hills which are very artsy and bohemian. The owner was very helpful and ensured that our visit was excellent. We loved the location and felt that the breakfasts were top notch.

We were also surprised at how easy it was to travel the whole city and beyond from their location, yet avoid the noise and confusion of locating in the more touristy parts of Valpo. The accomadations are very clean and the hosts wonderful. Combined with a easily accessible location, you cannot beat Casa Henao. We

  We stayed at this hostal for four nights and would happily stay there again. The spacious double room was very nicley furnished and super clean with a great view. Marcela, the owner, is adorable and does everything in her power to ensure you have a lovely stay! The location is perfect and one of the nicest in Valparaiso in my opinion. - Very homely, clean and comfortable hostel. The hostal is located behind the main street at Cerro Alegre - quiet yet accessible to the main area. Lovely hosts, Marcela & Nachos. They are always ready to offer help and advice when needed. Nice and simple breakfast. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

  It was so charming, and we loved our room and its balcony that led to the rooftop views. Just a delightful inn with a stunning location overlooking the city and the bay. - Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The view from the roof also a plus. I enjoyed and relaxed at this great hotel in a wonderful port town.

  We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed us and, as we had arrived before our room was ready, they ensured we were comfortable in their lounge with fresh tea and coffee while our room was finished.   The hotel is located in Cerro Concepcion the most ideal location for tourists as this area has many restaurants cafes, shops and art and craft galleries. One of Valparaiso's best restaurants is only a short walk from the hotel. Valparaiso has many funicular lifts but most of them no longer operate however the one to Cerro Concepcion does and is ... ce que les gens disent » only a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is a modernised older building and the alterations have been carried out with style and taste. The staff - Amazing staff, very talkative and genuinely interested in their guests having a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe stay. The owners are a wonderful older couple who visit while they make your breakfast - great fresh coffee :) And Victoria was also very welcoming. Location very good - on Cerro Concepción, so close to great restaurants and sights, but located in an alley off the main street, so a little quieter at night. LOVED my stay - lovely space and design - cant say enough good things about it
