Staff is very well prepared, and accommodations are both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is the last one on the shore, but the town is rather small, so the distance is definitely not an issue.

Room size was good. I asked for a view and got one.
Bed was very comfortable and sleeping was easy.
Door service and staff were friendly but many times seemed overwhelmed by numbers checking in.

John and Teresa were exceptionally helpful before we even arrived suggesting that since we were arriving late at night that we might like to be picked up at the airport and they would arrange for a rental car to be brought to the house when we wanted it. It was so convenient and then with suggestions as to what we might like to see in the area we

the bed is big and it's comfortable to take a shower here (hot water is always provided and big). Also can taste "Kuchen" for the breakfast, it's very good. -

Amazing hotel! Stayed in 4 other hotels in Puerto Varas before. Bellavista is by far the best quality.
Location is very good: view over the lake with the volcano in all rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal: Raspberry cake, lemon pie and home made brownies, lots of juices, eggs and sausages and a lot of fruit.. and Ulmo Honey!

1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup
a tripod to take pictures out the window.
2) Big room and very nice shower.
3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do.

The location was a short walk from the main town along the beach, great staff and hotel is lovely and some of the rooms have great views. breakfast was nice and it has a very good deli at the end of the road which serves lovely food and value for money prices. -

The beds were luxuriously comfortable. The showers were great. The staff is lovely. There is not enough I can say about this lovely hotel. It was also 2 blocks away from a view of the Lake and Volcano Orsono, a view of a life time.

It was a delight to stay in one of Puerto Varas´¨historic homes, with solid wood floors and great views across the lake to the distant volcanoes. Better still there is an excellent coffee and clothes shop below with the most accommodating staff. -
