The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day. This has to be the BEST B&B that we have ever stayed at! The room is amazing, beautifully decorated and so spacious. amazing with a wonderful view on the lake and the breakfast is very very

This place was great! We had our own suite with private bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen-like area and our own entry-way. The breakfasts were amazing! Great fresh fruit, homemade scones, hearty egg entrees, etc. Darlene was a wonderful hostess and so accommodating. Oh, and her home overlooks the sea! What a lovely view in a great quiet

Darlene was very friendly and accommodating. She especially went out and bought gluten free bread so that I could have toast with the delicious breakfast she serves. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean and very well stocked. The entire house was clean and very attractive. We were not able to appreciate the garden as it was November when we stayed, but we did enjoy the birds which came to feed outside the breakfast room window. We enjoyed our stay!

2 belles chambres, un salon énorme, une petite cuisine et une salle de bain.
Petit déj de tres grande calsse dans la salle à mangé à l'étage avec Neil et Leslie ainsi que leur petit chien Jessie!

Neil and Leslie were both lovely, made us feel very welcome and properly looked after. Made some excellent recommendations for our short stay in Nanaimo. Couldn't fault them. The other member of the team Jessie was great!

I was visiting for 4 night's and found this place to a great surprise. The spa tub was great and the view was spectacular. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend this B & B to any type of traveller.

Heather Place is fantastic and the hosts are lovely people. It was a place full of charm with everything you need at hand. It's in town but felt like a little oasis with a nice view with green gardens and a pond.
