  We found a long series of lovely details and atmosphere, which made our stay.... "unforgettable". The restaurant's cuisine is exquisite, with a lovely atmosphere and a gorgeous sea view. Our dog is important for us. I would like to keep it I secret for myself but I can't. Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

  First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings.   had everything we needed or could even imagine for spa services, yet had games and badminton to amuse my daughter too. Everything was available and if not, it was instantly remedied.   I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! - Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.

  Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! Connie the owner/manager is very hands on, and takes personal interest in the needs of her guests.
