The Inn and grounds are impeccably maintained. The guest room was comfortable with above average quality furnishings. The attached bath was spacious with a walk-in shower and quality fixtures. The Wetherly Inn and Spa was wonderful in every way. The English garden is an absolute delight, and our stay there was pleasant and relaxing. The property is extremely well maintained, and we were very impressed by the dedication and kindness of the owners Samantha and Peter. We look forward to visiting the Wetherly Inn again and recommend it highly to others.

Everything from the beauty of the house and the garden, the comfort and decoration of the rooms, the modern bathrooms, the delicious gourmet breakfasts and most of all the warm welcome of the host and staff. Everyone was kind and always eager to help the guests finding restaurants, preparing for visits of Victoria. This was an excellent and very relaxing stay. We will go back.

We stayed at Abigail’s for three nights July 16-18 2013 after reading the many positive online reviews – all of which are well deserved.
Abigail’s Hotel is a small boutique bed and breakfast hotel, located on a cul-de-sac in a very nice residential area of downtown Victoria and close to the attractions of the Inner Harbour.

This was, by far, our best place we stayed during our 11-day honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the evening hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed relaxing in the library lounge room, and visiting with the other guests. In the room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Also, the sound machine on the bedside table played some soothing music that we enjoyed. We have already told many of our family and friends that Abigail's is the only place to book in the future.

rooms appeared clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and dinners were very good. Loved the gin and tonic drink too! Location was perfect. Most of all, the staff were all extra special, smiles, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job! -

The restaurant's cuisine is exquisite, with a lovely atmosphere and a gorgeous sea view.
Our dog is important for us. Therefore it was important to see the hotel is not only pet friendly, but "pet lover". -

Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!)
Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. We also thought the design and the colour palettes were pleasing, restful, and reflective of a seashore setting. Finally. This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects.
And the location is......perfect!
I rarely give 5 stars...this hotel/resort is 6! -

I don't think I didn't like anything. It is a nice place, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk were all friendly and helpful, considerate of our age. Our room was very clean and the appointments fresh and appealing. We liked the little balconu for fresh air and the view was pretty even tho' we were not very high up, our choice. We recommended the hotel to afriend who is going to stay there next week.
