  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   The room in which we stayed was large with a generous terrace and a beautiful vantage point over the harbour. The French doors allowed us to fully enjoy the view and provided easy access to the outside. The staff were very friendly and informative. The furnture is a little out dated but that is in keeping the with the island zen ways Wondeful food .. bonus that it was in the hotel!

  I don't think I didn't like anything. It is a nice place, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We walked around the area abit, would like to have looked more, was very quaint. Would for sure stay there again. I didn't buy any of the items that you sell, but I think that is a good idea, to ... ce que les gens disent » sell the linen etc. I also didn't get a chance to try the restaurant so I can't comment on that. - Front desk were all friendly and helpful, considerate of our age. Our room was very clean and the appointments fresh and appealing. We liked the little balconu for fresh air and the view was pretty even tho' we were not very high up, our choice. We recommended the hotel to afriend who is going to stay there next week.

  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Great food, service, price and decor Was just a night stay, but woul... ce que les gens disent » d definitely stay there again and have recommended the restaurant to my family fwho live in Victoria. - I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.
