  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   The size of the room and the facilities. The coffee maker. The bathroom accessories. The breakfast was great, and we loved the waffle maker. Good choice of breakfast food and drink available to meet customer needs. The onsite pub offers good value for money. Check-in and checking out was very efficient. The staff are awesome. We stayed at the star - Excellent staff... Everyone was professional and friendly. We came over from Seattle. I had booked the stay online at letsbookhotel.com...we had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement. Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really appreciated that.

  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Great food, service, price and decor Was just a night stay, but woul... ce que les gens disent » d definitely stay there again and have recommended the restaurant to my family fwho live in Victoria. - I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.
