The fantastic beach location and all the rooms face onto the beach and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The connection to the first nations community. The beds were very comfortable. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the food service - we were just out too much to be there for meals. Would like to receive any promotional rates email

The history of the Tin-wis was very interesting - it was the site of a residential school in the past and the First Nation people have done an amazing job of turning this place into a beautiful resort area for many to enjoy! the staff was very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the Bistro on site. The food was excellent!

We've never slept on as luxurious and comfy beds as those in our room at the Days Inn in Nanaimo. It was like sleeping on a cloud! (The mattress cover and duvet were down-filled!) Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff were most polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After traveling for close to two weeks it was nice to have guest laundry which was accessible and clean. they even offered to provide the laundry soap.

Wow what a fabulous place. I couldn't believe how big our suite was, more like an apartment.We had a full kitchen as well. The seating area was really comfortable and we had views over the harbour. The Himwitsa Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. The room was first class. It was very clean and comfortable with lovely decor and furniture and outstanding views across the Pacific ocean. The staff and proprietors were lovely, kind and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Himwitsa Lodge. Tofino is a lovely unspoilt place and we hope it remains so. Being from England, we didn't even mind the heavy rain.

This motel is a great deal. While the building is a little old, it's well maintained and very clean with comfortable beds/pillows. Definitely our choice of places to stay when we visit Victoria.

We loved the location and serene atmosphere of this hotel. Particularly liked the hot tub, tennis courts, taxi to the other side.also we had a beautiful gourmet meal in the restaurant our steak was cooked to perfection and the staff were very attentive. Taking the shuttle over to April Point on Quadra Island is a fun option
- and yes, cruise-ships, tugs with their barges, fishing boats and
pleasure craft all add to the charm. -
The thing that impressed me the most was how well the front desk people handled a rather difficult customer, as I waited to be served. All other staff that I encountered were very accommodating and helpful. The facilities and setting were also impressive. Thanks for a great stay. I hope to revisit with my wife.

The room was extremely clean. The bedding was nice. There were lots of power outlets. Mirrors were handy. Bathtub and shower was nice. Curtains blocked out daylight and sound. Nice TV. -

Great location, close to all the shops, and places to eat at Cowichan Bay. We had a lovely view overlooking the Marina, and the sea lions. I liked the fact that the first two floors are dog friendly and we could bring our dog with us for our stay. I liked the convenience of the small town literally steps from our resort and I liked the fact that it had a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub.

The house is set close to the main road yet amongst other houses, making it a quiet and comfortable spot. We had to drive to get to the waterfront which was simple enough. Our stay at Beach Acres forest cottage was quiet and relaxing. Beds cozy and kitchen well supplied with everything we needed. Fireplace made it cozy and romantic. We stayed in unit #45 for 12 days. The unit was so clean and homely. We enjoyed our stay at beach acers so much it was sad to leave :( the whole resort was great! We'd Highly recommend it to all! We would defiantly book to stay here again. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. :)
