Kamloops was MUCH nicer than we'd thought - for us it was just a stopover on way to Rockies, but actually it is a very pleasant little town with a lovely riverside. The couple running the Inn were really friendly and helpful. And our room had a bathtub as well as a shower, which you don't always get - much appreciated. Breakfast good; v relaxed and jolly atmosphere.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly orienting us to the local
restaurants and sites, right down to the walk along the water to the
city. I only wish we had longer to stay. The breakfast was scrumptuous
and served on an enclosed deck which included a heater in the ceiling.

A wonderful and warm reception awaits you at Aross the Habour. I am sad that we were only there for 2 nights, could have stayed for months. Sue & Zen have an indepth knowledge of the area and make you feel one of the family. We shall return and will stay longer.

We had asked for a ground floor room which was not available but as the hotel had an elevator that wasn't a problem. Nevertheless the hotel upgraded our room for us which was finished to a very high standard. It had high ceilings and a kitchen area and very modern bathroom. Sorry we were only staying one night. -

There were 6 in our group so we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The suit was clean and comfy and the full kitchen was a nice surprise. The suite had a great fireplace too, it was almost a shame that we couldn't use it in summer but I imagine after a days skiing it would be lovely in winter! -

Cozy, comfortable, charming, convenient, clean choice for overnight stay on road to Prince Rupert. Excellent breakfast with fresh ingredients from local farms. Staff is helpful and genuinely concerned for comfort of guests. The Inn felt more like a down-home B&B than a motel. Highly recommend! -

Owners are really nice people and did everything that they could to make our stay comfortable. They arranged to collect us from the Port Hardy Airport and when our flight was delayed, the came back the following day to collect us.They also arranged for a shuttle to take us to the Inside Passage Ferry early the following morning.

The cabins are lovely and very well furnished. There is a restaurant just over the road, which was good, with extremely nice staff. The reception staff were also very helpful. The location, in Blue River, is useful if you wish to go on the River Safari to bear watch, the reason I chose to stay in this location. There is a lake nearby, where you can swim, which we also did and thoroughly enjoyed. To be recommended!

The staff extended our ck-out time to 4 pm as our flight out was at 5:50 pm. very accommodating.
