Me and my boyfriend stayed at Always Inn this past weekend and our experience was amazing! We arrived a bit early but John was still very accommodating and very friendly. He was very informative about the best things to do in Niagara Falls and helped to make our experience truly enjoyable.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from John and Christalla when we arrived. John was very informative about the local area and good places to eat and to see the firework show that night. It was a nice walk down to the Falls and it was nice to stay somewhere more personable and quaint than the big hotels. Breakfast was also lovely and Chris was very kind to drive us to catch our early morning bus to the airport. Thanks very much to John and Chris, we really enjoyed our stay.

Two bed rooms are great for those who want a budget option but a step up from a dorm. Well equipped and clean throughout, with the little touches that make a difference like space to hang/put clothes and towel while in the shower and individual bed lights (in 2 bed rooms, didn't see dorms!). Great welcome from Tom and Val, and very helpful tips for making the most of our trip. The most comfortable bed we had slept in over all 3 weeks of our holiday. A "proper" breakfast at last - on our last day in Canada! An oasis of tranquillity compared to "Vegas-on-the-Falls" down the road. Also nice to meet other guests and chat.

I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean

The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

Property was very beautiful and well maintained. Had an old victorian style elegance about it. The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room.

The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.
