The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

It was very close (5 to 10 minute walking distance) to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants by the falls. Also, it was just a 15 to 20-minute slow walk to the falls. Parking was free which is a big plus, as public parking is quite expensive

Apartment was in a family house with separate entrance. It was very clean and had a private clean bathroom and a terrace. There was also a kitchen for guests, equipped with cookware, which we could use for cooking or making coffee. The breakfast was also served here. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was brought to the room. It was yogurt, fresh fruit, and an assortment of breads. Lovely presentation and enough to save some for later. The house is away from the circus atmosphere that is on the hill near the falls which we loved. Also, we arrived quite early and we were able to park our car and walk to the falls until time to check in. It was a very nice location.
