  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. He waited while the car com... ce que les gens disent » pany sent us a replacement rental, he helped us move our luggage, and he even tried to help us move the car from the snow. He was amazing. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!! There were renovations going on ... ce que les gens disent » whilst we stayed there and some scaffolding over our window (inevitable in an old building which must be maintained) but they kindly gave us a complie - sheets on comforter so I feel clean in room--this is critically important recycling in room warm pool friendly check-in competent concierge gorgeous facility warm pool!!!! LOVED this! Would have stayed elsewhere if you had not had it. water and fruit at pool nice shampoos beautiful room

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!
