It's everything you expect from a great B&B: nice room, extremely friendly and nice staff, great breakfast.
Room was big, clean and I loved the all the details and loved put in the preparation of the room.
I totally recommend this B&B. If I ever come back to Quebec City, I will definitely stay here again. -

Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.

Perfect location, in front of the Loews, by the huge park the Plains of Abraham (very dog friendly), on Grande Allée, just at the beginning of the festival d'été and the pedestrian street with dozens of restaurants. We can easily reach by foot the Chateau Frontenac and the rue St Jean. Parking is free so park your car and walk. The appartment on the 2nd level (1ere étage) of the adjacent house than the one in photo is a spacious 2-bedroom with well equipped kitchen.
Manager is very friendly. -
Location was perfect. The apartment was very nice, clean, temperately heated. Ramazan was helpful and patient, especially with my memory error about the price, and our late arrival. The apartment was perfectly appointed, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful time.

We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away. Excellent location on pedestrian street near the fortified city. Hotel had excellent character and rooftop deck with a wonderful view. Wonderful and helpful staff with an excellent breakfast. I want to go back! By far the best accommodations of our entire trip with six different accommodations in different cities.

The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive. Richard gave good recommendations where to go.

We liked the room with the balcony with the view over the street, with the atmosphere and cafés. The nice little sitting room downstairs with free coffee and a piece of chocolate, was great. The cafe is very recommendable. Despite the bussines, the staff was always smiling, very friendly. They really seems to like their jobs. -
